Services
|
Make copies of real estate, vital records, financing statements, military discharges and survey maps. Assist customers in doing title searches, genealogy searches, transfer joint property and answer questions about real estate documents.

Duties
|
Record, file, index and maintain documents authorized by law to be recorded. File and maintain vital records (birth, death and marriage). File and maintain UCC financing statements. Make and deliver upon receipt of proper fees certified and uncertified copies of documents of record See Chapter 59-43(1) of Wisconsin Statures for further information.
